When anyone shops online the first thing they think is " Am I going to get ripped off or get the best experience of my life". We all honestly hope to God that we will not get ripped off, because pursuing someone on the internet is not always an easy thing.
Recently someone that made a purchase from a particular supplier of essential oils, absolutes, carrier oils and other various products. He had high hopes of getting a good connection to obtain scented oils from the most well known place where they are distilled and what have you. The website is found at the following link http://www.naturalfragrances.net/. They say satisfaction guaranteed, 30 day money back money, excellent product quality , # 1 by professional aromatherapists in north asia so on and so forth.
At the bottom of their emails they quote : A customer is the most important visitor on our premisese. He is not dependant on us. We are dependant on him. He is not an interruption of our work. He is the purpose of it. He is not an outsider to our business. He is part of it. We are not doing him a favor by serving him. He is doing us a favor by giving us the opportunity to do so.
(Mahatma Gandhi 1869-1948)The customer was convinced that this was legitimate. So he decided to order something from the site. He ordered 1KG of hinna, about 8-10 tolas of sandalwood and 8-10 tolas of Pure Agar-wood also know as OUD.
Alot of anticipation hit this customer as he eagerly waited for his beloved Oud. Buying oud is not cheap! One KG can be very expensive, 5-10 thousand dollars easy.
When it arrived, he rushed through the packaging and pulled out the small tank of "100% pure agarwood oil " he opened it and smelled it. He then thought to himself and said to his companions, this must be the sandalwood..... I will check the sandalwood container." After checking the sandalwood, he thought maybe they sent the wrong type. Which would not make sense, if someone has one of the most expensive products shipped to someone, usually special care is taken to select it, and Oud has a smell that cannot be mistaken for anything else.
Contact with Mr j.k Saini from LALA J.P.& CO. Exporter was made and he said this is a fresh batch and you should wait a week, then if your not satisfied we will send you an already matured batch. He waited and every day smelling it hoping he did not get ripped off. Someone may know what Oud smells like when you buy or wear it, but distilling Oud and its initial stages can only be known by the experts of the field.
After over a week contact was made that the customer would like a return or exchange. This is when he really felt dishonored as a customer. He was ignored for days. Then I was contacted by this customer and I decided to try to contact Mr Saini and see if he would reply to me first or if he was really not available. I inquired about some products He replied immediately not only to myself multiple times, but other people. The reality is known best by mr Saini from LALA J.P.& CO. Exporter. So this customer called him internationally a few days in a row and finally got a hold of him. He said that he was busy with some holiday thing and that he was not available. He said he would send the Oud in two days, this being DAY 1.
The main purpose of writing this blog is to POTENTIALY warn people about this company, if he receives what he is supposed to, then i would recommend LALA J.P.& CO. Exporter, if not then i will definitely give a horrible word of mouth and make a big stink if they do not meet our expectations.
The most important impression with a customer is the first, as it could be the last.
Now we are two days past the so called definite time of delivery. Now he have filed a case with paypal and also made a few efforts of making more INTERNATIONAL calls at his own expense but still they are ignoring him, not very professional if you ask me.
Will will continue posting updates on here until this is braught to justice.
